Very close, the village of Goudargues
has been dubbed the "Venice of the Gard" with
its channels.
You will enjoy relaxing under the shadows of age-old
plane trees...
Les Gorges de l'Ardèche (20 minutes) and le Pont
du Gard (colossal Romain stone-gate) are very near.
You will visit the marvelous town of Uzes (25 km): its
castle, its old center, its lanes and small squares,
its arcades and very pretty shops of decoration, its
market on Saturdays ...
The Cevennes mountains with two steps, Anduze and its
jars, the Camargue not far and beaches of Languedoc
Roussillon (Grau du Roi, La Grande Motte..)
The property has a surface of 4500
m2 (partly closed) with three terraces. 10 ha of Côtes
du Rhône vine-yards in front of you, olive trees
and accacia on the side, pine forest on the hill behind
the house...
For your relaxation, you will appreciate the swimming
pool (10x5 m, depth 1,10-2,00m) with long chairs and
beach-umbrella (In service from the beginning of May
till the end of October).

Le grand Mas (150 m2) contents:
- 2 double bedrooms with 140 cm beds,
- 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm),
- a mezzanine with sofa-bed, TV and video,
- 1 bathroom and 1 shower room,
- a large living room with a great fireplace,
- a fully equipped kitchen (dish-washer, fridge,
micro-waves, oven etc ...)

It is possible to rent the big mas only for 2-6
persons
(special rates on request)

Le petit Mas ( 50 m2) contents:
- 1 double bedroom with 140 cm bed,
- 1 double bedroom with 2 single beds (80 cm),
- 2 bathrooms and toilets,
- a living room with fireplace and TV
- a fully equipped kitchenette and barbecue.
- 2 garden tables and chairs for the terraces.

In a sunny colors, old stones and
wrought iron atmosphere, you will dream quietly on the
wonderful terrace built on three magnificent arcades
in ashlar made-on, or refresh you in the pine grove.
Many game-spaces on the three terraces.
Golf courses, Tennis courts, biking, mountain biking,
jogging in the area. Small shops in Goudargues (Supermarket,
bakery, newspapers...)
 - 50 minutes from Nimes Airport or Avignon Airport.
- 45 minutes from TGV train station in Avignon (50 km).
